For the past 3 years I have been in charge of all things design related at Griffin Technology (www.griffintechnology.com). Griffin is the world's largest maker of iPod accessories. During my tenure there I was fortunate enough to be intimately involved in the design, development and manufacturing of over 100 products. Now I am in search of a new opportunity.
This photo represents a few of the products that I was more closely involved with. Zoom in close and see how many you have owned :D
I took this picture to post on my Coroflot portfolio page (http://www.coroflot.com/robertsdonovan) to represent the breadth of my involvement at Griffin. Lacking any kind of studio lighting, the original capture was pretty lackluster (see below). So, I turned out the lights in the garage and did a little long exposure light painting with an LED flashlight. I was pleasantly surprised by the results.
Now, if only I had gotten Nicolas to help with the staging....

iPod is a brand of portable media players designed and marketed by Apple Inc. and launched on October 23, 2001. As of 2008, the current product line-up includes the hard drive-based iPod classic, the touchscreen iPod touch, the video-capable iPod nano and the screenless iPod shuffle. Former products include the compact iPod mini and the spin-off iPod photo (since re-integrated into the main iPod classic line). iPod classic models store media on an internal hard drive, while all other models use flash memory to enable their smaller size (the discontinued mini used a Microdrive miniature hard drive).
